RTX Corporation in Jupiter, Florida, is seeking an experienced leader for an onsite role focused on sustainment operations and MRO/U support. You will coordinate global solutions, lead escalation calls, and drive one-system/process improvements across the network, including third-party PSPs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in PM/operations, with 5+ years in MRO, and U.S. citizenship. Travel up to 10% may be needed; salary range 132,400–251,600 USD annually is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in PM or operations.
• Experience in program management, operations, supply chain and/or materials.
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical MRO/U operations support by coordinating timely solutions with functional groups.
• Host daily network escalation calls to prioritize global needs and communicate status.
• Represent sustainment operations in the one system and process development for network reporting.
• Interface with 3rd party MRO PSPs and monitor their performance.
• Travel up to 10% domestically/internationally to support business needs.
