Peyton Resource Group is partnering with a global electronics manufacturer to hire an MRO Buyer for our Fort Worth facility. This role owns the indirect side of the plant, sourcing parts, tools, consumables, equipment, and services to keep production and facilities running.

You will source, quote, and purchase MRO items, onboard new suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage POs and supplier relationships. Onsite 5 days a week in Fort Worth, TX, salary 50k–75k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MRO or indirect purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of sourcing new vendors and negotiating terms.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

We're partnering with a global electronics manufacturer to hire an MRO Buyer for their high-volume Fort Worth facility. This role owns the indirect side of the plant, sourcing and purchasing the parts, tools, consumables, equipment, and services that keep production, maintenance, and facilities running.

What You'll Do

• Source, quote, and purchase MRO items, equipment, and services in support of maintenance, facilities, and operations
• Identify, vet, and onboard new suppliers, including setting them up in the procurement system
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to drive cost savings
• Create and release purchase orders and track them through delivery
• Manage relationships with domestic and overseas suppliers, coordinating logistics and customs as needed
• Use Excel and purchasing systems to track spend, analyze pricing, and report on supplier performance
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction projects

What You Bring

• Hands-on MRO or indirect purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of sourcing new vendors and negotiating with suppliers
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage many requests at once

Nice to Have

• Experience with overseas suppliers, international logistics, or customs
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
