Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams through growth and operational constraint.
• Strong operational acumen with the ability to move between strategic leadership and hands‑on execution.
• Experience in MRO or production environments; familiarity with aviation regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the MRO operation, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Lead daily operations to ensure on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and adherence to customer and contract requirements.
• Act as a working manager when required, stepping into the process to troubleshoot issues, cover staffing gaps, or accelerate critical work.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve production constraints in a high‑growth environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a largely inexperienced workforce, establishing clear expectations, structured training, and mentorship.
• Partner with HR to address labor shortages and attrition.
