CTL Aerospace is seeking a General Manager to lead its northern Cincinnati MRO facility, reporting to the CEO. The role oversees maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will manage the budget, staffing, and capital investments, partner with the Chief Inspector, and guide a high-performing technical team in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aviation executive management within FAA Part 145 MRO.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
