CTL Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead our northern Cincinnati repair station. You will provide strategic leadership, oversight, and P&L accountability for the MRO facility, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving profitability.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams, with direct reporting to the CEO and focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and on-time performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years aviation executive management experience in FAA Part 145 MRO is required.
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen a must.
• Deep knowledge of aviation safety regulations and quality culture.
• Proven ability to lead a small, high-performing team and drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily operations to complete maintenance, repair, and overhaul projects safely and on time.
• Manage MRO budgets, labor, material spending, and profitability; analyze variances for the CEO.
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 regulations and airworthiness directives.
• Partner with the Chief Inspector to uphold quality management standards.
• Serve as executive contact for major accounts including airlines and operators.
• Monitor on-time delivery, turnaround times, backlog, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement across repair and manufacturing teams.
• Oversee bidding, quoting, and contract execution for service agreements.
• Address customer concerns, warranty claims, and billing disputes.
