Job summary

Red's All Natural LLC in South Dakota is seeking an MRO Coordinator to manage maintenance parts inventory, timely parts ordering, and work order creation to keep production running smoothly.

You will also serve as the NetSuite Power User for the maintenance department and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize scheduling, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• 3+ years of food/beverage procurement experience preferred.
• Strong system and data management capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Represent the plant Maintenance team with Supply Chain and Operations in communicating the Maintenance/PM schedule.
• Collaborate with Operations and Scheduling to verify parts availability for PM activities.
• Serve as the point of contact for plant purchasing of Operations supplies.
• Coordinate the maintenance parts inventory and spare parts organization.
• Review Purchase Orders for accuracy and receive items in the system.
• Assist in periodic forecasting with Sales, Marketing and related departments.
