You will issue purchase requisitions, use SAP for receiving and tracking, and generate reports while striving to reduce inventory and costs. This full-time clerical role requires attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with parts order entry systems.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Lean maintenance concepts knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Maintain database for parts identification, stocking levels, and shelf locations.
• Enter withdrawals into the database and submit purchase requests as needed.
• Receive and validate small package arrivals and prepare items for repair.
• Produce productivity and usage reports for management review.
