Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Indianapolis is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage MRO parts and supplies. You will oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, and replenishment, ensuring CMMS records are accurate and stock levels are optimal.

Responsibilities include reviewing data, processing purchase orders, performing cycle counts, and coordinating with maintenance, suppliers, and finance to minimize downtime and inventory costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience in MRO, storeroom, inventory control, or purchasing.
• Experience ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking maintenance parts.
• Experience with CMMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review CMMS data to identify needs and prepare purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate part records and CMMS descriptions.
• Inspect incoming shipments and store parts safely.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Generate reports and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with maintenance, purchasing, and finance.
