Hourly Rate: Dependant On Experience

The MRO Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our aircraft and their components. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, project management, and data analysis to support our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and a passion for aviation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance and health monitoring solutions to enhance aircraft reliability.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to aircraft design, operation, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate the impact of modifications and new equipment on aircraft performance and reliability.
  • Author, design, and manage predictive maintenance projects, including cost-benefit analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on technical issues, work scope recommendations, and failure investigations.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and FAA regulations.
  • Proven experience in project development and management for engineering tasks.
