GenScript USA Inc. in Redmond, WA is seeking a full-time LNP Production Intern to support mRNA-LNP formulation, purification, and QC in a fast-paced production environment. You will assist with buffers, reagents, lipids, and payload materials, and help maintain batch records under established SOPs.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, documentation, and the ability to follow SOPs, with salary in the $22–$24 per hour range and lunch provided daily on site.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in biology, biotech, biochemistry, chemical engineering or chemistry.
• 0–2 years in lab, manufacturing or biotech.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of buffers, reagents, lipids, and payload materials.
• Support mRNA-LNP formulation and downstream processing activities.
• Perform purification and concentration following SOPs.
• Operate lab equipment such as centrifuges and filtration devices.
• Maintain batch records and ensure traceability.
