Job summary

GenScript in Redmond, Washington, seeks a skilled individual to join our innovative biotechnology team. You will play a key role in encapsulating and purifying mRNA and genetic payloads while ensuring the highest quality standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry, and experience with mRNA or Lipid Nanoparticles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with mRNA or Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) is a definite plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Expertly encapsulate a range of genetic payloads, including mRNA, Circular RNA, and sgRNA.
• Follow LNP downstream processing SOP to perform LNP purification and concentration.
• Conduct quality checks on particle size and zeta potential.
• Prepare the final product for shipment, including filtering and labeling.
