Job summary

GenScript/ProBio in Redmond, WA seeks an LNP Production Intern to support mRNA-LNP formulation, purification, and QC in a fast-paced production environment. You will assist with buffers, reagents, lipids, and payload materials, and help prepare final products for shipment under established SOPs.

The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, GDP/compliant data recording, and adherence to ISO/GMP standards. Suitable for 0-2 years in biotech with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 0-2 years of laboratory, manufacturing, or biotechnology experience.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently after training.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of buffers, reagents, lipids, and payload materials.
• Support mRNA-LNP formulation and downstream processing activities.
• Perform purification and concentration processes following approved SOPs.
• Operate laboratory equipment including centrifuges, filtration devices, and TFF systems.
• Assist in antibody-decorated LNP preparation and purification processes.
• Perform routine QC measurements (Particle size, PDI, Zeta potential, Encapsulation efficiency).
• Accurately record and review production and QC data.
• Prepare final products for customer delivery and maintain sample traceability.
