Job summary

MercyOne Dubuque is hiring an MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance exams under limited supervision and the radiologist's direction. The role includes weekend shifts and a 6:00am–6:30pm schedule, 50 of 52 weekends per year.

Applicants should have an accredited 2-year Imaging Technology program and ARRT/ARMRIT credentials. MR experience and active registry status are preferred. MercyOne offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Accredited 2-year Imaging Technology program is required.
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification preferred.
• MR experience is preferred and MR credential (ARRT or ARMRIT) preferred.
• Active registry status must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform magnetic resonance exams and procedures under the medical direction of the radiologist.
• Operate MRI equipment in a highly technical and professional manner.
• Maintain active registry status and complete required training within stated timelines.
