Job Title: Travel MRI Technologist

Overview:

We are actively seeking experienced MRI Technologists for contract/travel assignments across the United States. If you're open to exploring new cities, flexible with location, and thrive in fast-paced imaging environments, we want to connect with you. Multiple facilities and healthcare systems—acute care hospitals, outpatient centers, trauma units, and more—are looking for skilled professionals ready to jump in and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols
  • Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure comfort throughout the scan
  • Follow appropriate positioning techniques and adjust imaging parameters as needed
  • Ensure proper documentation and image transfer to PACS/RIS systems
  • Maintain equipment, workspace cleanliness, and adhere to safety and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to ensure quality imaging and timely workflow
  • Travel to assigned healthcare facilities and adapt quickly to new team environments

Required Qualifications:

  • ARRT (MR) Certification (or ARRT with MRI experience)
  • Active BLS (AHA)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience (hospital or outpatient)
  • Willingness to travel and work in varied settings across the U.S.
  • Strong patient care, communication, and technical skills
