Job summary

Shared Medical Services seeks an MRI Technologist to join our crew and operate a state-of-the-art mobile MRI scanner. This full-time role emphasizes local community service, high-quality imaging, and a stable, employee-owned environment where you belong to the ONETEAM.

You will perform MRI imaging with high standards, handle patient screening, and maintain safety, confidentiality, and ongoing professional growth while collaborating with radiologists and technicians.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) registered required; ARMRIT acceptable per site preference.
• Ability to perform quality MRI imaging with limited supervision.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety during imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures per standards of practice, including contrast administration under radiologist guidance.
• Review patient screening forms and clearly explain imaging procedure to patients.
• Maintain patient care, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
