Job summary

UK HealthCare in Lexington, KY is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures in accordance with ARRT standards and departmental policies. You will demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, patient care, positioning, and MRI safety to produce high-quality exams.

The candidate must graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, hold a Kentucky Radiation Operator Certificate, be ARRT registered in good standing, and obtain MRI registration within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• Radiation Operator Certificate (KY).
• Registered and in good standing with ARRT.
• MRI registration with ARRT within 12 months of hire.
• CPR/BLS certification by start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures in accordance with ARRT standards and Department policies.
• Apply knowledge of human anatomy, patient care, positioning, and MRI safety to ensure high-quality exams.
