Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA is seeking a MR technologist. Under the radiologist’s direction, you will perform a variety of MR procedures on pediatric and adult patients, ensuring safe positioning and image quality.

You will obtain patient history, explain the procedure, verify orders, and prepare documentation for interpretation, while maintaining equipment and following safety protocols. This full-time role includes on-site work and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration within 6 months of hire.
• MR Imaging certification within 1 year of hire.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Obtains patient history, explains the procedure, and addresses questions.
• Performs checks for prescription accuracy and required precertification/authorization.
• Performs MR procedures following imaging protocols.
• Compiles and reviews images and prepares documentation for interpretation.
• Performs quality control testing and maintains equipment.
