Penn Medicine is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. You will perform routine radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, ensure patient safety, and coordinate with Radiologists and staff.

Work schedule includes Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m., with occasional on-call and holiday coverage. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 with a 2-year commitment.

Qualificações

• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiological Technology School.
• Certification in Radiological Technology (ARRT) within the stated timeframe.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all routine diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Receives requests and checks for special instructions from physicians; consults with Radiologists as needed.
• Greets patients, verifies identifications, and explains procedures to patients and families.
• Operates hospital computer systems and documents patient history in the EMR.
• Completes examination, consultation and billing procedures, and performs POC testing and required paperwork.
• Maintains calibration and safety of radiology equipment; conducts quality control activities.
• Travels to various site locations as needed.
• Participates in clinical education of Radiology students and on-call rotations.
