Responsibilities

• Position patient and perform imaging procedures with independent judgment.
• Review history and orders; educate patient about procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media within scope of practice; monitor patient status.
• Prepare equipment; select exposure factors; run QC and report malfunctions.
