Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health seeks an MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality diagnostic images. You will manage patient screening, coordinate workflows, and contribute to clinical efficiency within a collaborative imaging department.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiological Technology program, ARRT/RTMR or WA MRAD certification, a WA Medical Radiographer license, and BLS- CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology.
• Active ARRT (RTR) and/or MR (RTMR) certification or WA MRAD.
• WA State Medical Radiographer license required.
• BLS-CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and perform MRI procedures per physician orders and safety protocols.
• Screen patients and maintain high-quality imaging and patient care.
• Maintain patient records and manage PACS and departmental logs.
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
