Job description

* Perform MRI scans on the subjects enrolled in the research studies approved by WashU in an organized and timely fashion. Render appropriate patient triage & care and provide guidance for the MRI procedures during the process.* Develop and maintain research records in an accurate and timely manner, including the collection and management of electronic and digital data, burning disks when required.* Facilitate data transfer to various computer platforms and software programs using IT management tools; ensure that HIPPA regulations are maintained in data transfer and rapidly notify the CCIR management of any violation or computer performance issue that may compromise HIPPA procedures.* Work with and help train staff, as appropriate, help implement and develop instruction resources and best practices for project coordination.* Establish and maintain strong communication and feedback paths with other CCIR staff and R&D groups, including (if needed) participation in monitoring visits conducted by the research study sponsor and/or regulatory agency by providing clarification, research data and reports.* Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.* Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirement).* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.* Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance.* Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees.* WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.* WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us.Washington University in St. Louis' collective success is significantly attributed to the passion and outstanding efforts of our community.
