The Liu Lab at Washington University in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a lab assistant to support translational research in molecular imaging and theranostics.

The Liu Lab has been focusing on translational research to bring molecular agents developed on the benchtop to patient bedsides. Our main areas of research include 1) molecular imaging in patients with inflammatory diseases (i.e., cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary fibrosis); 2) development of theranostic agents for targeted cancer therapy; and 3) screening and identification of novel biomarkers.
This position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.
