As the MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This requires an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology. You will be expected to support all imaging centers staffed by our organization. You will need to maintain a high degree of accuracy in patient positioning and image acquisition/formation, support all imaging centers, apply your knowledge of magnetic field safety, and properly screen all patients and visitors prior to admittance into the MR magnet room. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure accurate processing of radiology orders
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of procedures performed
• Operate a variety of post-processing/3D workstations
• Perform accurate image archival
• Prepare and administer paramagnetic contrast media
• Sensitively handle the physical and emotional needs of the patient

Salary Range: $49.73 - $65.56 Hourly
