Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• MRI ARRT registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment per departmental protocols.
• Identify patients and prepare them for procedures with explanations.
• Record and review medical history and ensure data accuracy in requisitions.
• Perform MRI exams from start to finish and relay results to Radiologist.
• Maintain radiation safety and cleanliness of work areas.
