Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical setting caring for patients; MRI experience preferred.
• Must exhibit excellent communication with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to function independently and as part of a team; provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Obtain clinical history and assess contraindicating conditions.
• Follow contrast administration procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare, position and perform imaging procedures according to protocols.
• Verify patient identity and protect patient privacy and dignity.
• Maintain MRI suite in safe, clean condition and assist with equipment checks.
• Assist with training and orientation of departmental staff.
