Job summary

Johns Hopkins Imaging at White Marsh seeks an MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team. You will perform diagnostic MRI studies and deliver high-quality images to radiologists for accurate diagnostic reports.

The role supports teaching opportunities with radiology assistants and students, with a focus on protocol-driven imaging and evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

  • Requires completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technical program.
  • Prefer one year experience in an imaging modality.
  • ARRT or ARMRIT credentialed with current registration required.
  • CPR certification required within three months of employment.
  • New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging of organs, organ systems and blood flow studies.
  • Provide Radiologists with images necessary to obtain diagnostic results for comprehensive reports.

Our practice of team-centered patient care means that you will be collaborating regularly with a group of highly engaged imagingtechnical educators, nurses, radiologists and other staff. There are dedicated radiology clinical support teams to manage scheduling appointments, equipment maintenance, and other patient care needs. Teaching opportunities are available with our radiology assistants, students from the Schools of Medical Imaging, as well as learning opportunities across modalities for all technologists.

Johns Hopkins Imaging at White Marsh is currently searching for a MRI Technologist to join our elite Radiology team. As a tech you will perform Diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging of organs, organ systems and blood flow studies.as well as provide Radiologist with images necessary to obtain diagnostic results so that a comprehensive diagnostic report is available to referring physician.
