Shields Health Care Group in Massachusetts is seeking MRI Technologists to support high-quality imaging services. You will follow procedures to ensure patient safety, position patients, and administer contrast while maintaining careful contact with each patient.

This role requires MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment, with competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• MRI scanning experience required.
• MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications required; ARMRIT accepted at some locations.

Mansioni

• Follow policies and protocols to ensure patient safety at all times.
• Inform the patient about the exam at an understandable level.
• Position the patient accurately and ensure comfort during the scan.
• Maintain visual and verbal contact with the patient throughout the exam.
• Perform scans according to center protocol and administer intravenous contrast.
• Record patient data in the Tech Data Entry system and provide films/CD when appropriate.
• Forward data/films/CD to Radiologist after exam and assist clerical staff as needed.
• Clean and re-supply equipment and rooms and adhere to credentialing/licensing policies.
