Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RT(R) and MR(ARRT) certified radiologic technologist.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment to obtain high-quality images while following safety guidelines.
• Positions patients and communicates procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintains image quality, safety standards, and documents any unusual findings.
• Observes equipment during procedures and reports issues promptly.
• Performs IV starts and contrast administration as required.
• Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards.
