Job summary

SCA Health, a leader in sports medicine and orthopedic care, seeks a qualified professional to perform MRI scans in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate must be ARRT certified and demonstrate sound judgment, flexibility, and attention to detail in all patient interactions.

Responsibilities include conducting MRI scans, screening patients, obtaining medical histories, and assisting with front desk operations. This position comes with a competitive hourly pay rate of USD $29.00 to USD $43.50.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT certified.

Responsibilities

• Attend department, clinic or company meetings as required.
• Demonstrate sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns.
• Consistently work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow staff members.
• Demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations flexibly.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in documentation and patient information.
• Attend required annual in-service programs.
• Knowledge and understanding of all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to established facility safety requirements and procedures.
• Perform MRI scans.
• Screen patients and educate.
• Ensure all forms and orders are complete.
• Obtain medical history.
• Inject contrast materials.
• Print films for MD’s and Radiologists.
• Log all patients/scans/copies/readings.
• Stock supplies and linens.
• Maintain room cleanliness.
• Interact with MD’s and radiologists.
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance of scanner and processor.
• Protect scanning room from potential hazards.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed.
