Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an MRI Technologist to prepare patients, operate MRI equipment, and assist radiologists in a fast-paced setting. The role includes screen­ing patients, performing safety checks, and coordinating image transfer to PACS for interpretation.

The position requires ARRT certification, BLS, and NMTCB credentials, with proficiency in positioning and post-processing of scans. Occasional on-call responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NMTCB certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment and manages the magnet and monitors.
• Sends images to PACS for interpretation and transfers images to consoles.
• Performs post-processing of MRI images for radiologist review.
• Administers MRI contrast agents as needed.
