The candidate should have graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program and ideally possess ARRT MR certification and relevant licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program.
• One year hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures on all patient populations with high customer service.
• Operates MRI equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Explains procedures to patients and answers questions; ensures patient comfort and safety.
• Assists Radiologist as needed and positions patients using proper coils.
• Interacts with multiple computer programs and systems daily.
