Qualifications
Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program or MRI Program accredited through ARRT or ARMRIT.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current registration and licensure by ARRT MRI Certification or ARMRIT.
Responsibilities
Perform MRI imaging procedures under the direction of a Radiologist.
Evaluate lab values and assess patient preparation before administering contrast media.
Monitor patients during procedures and document any reactions.
