Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures with emphasis on patient safety and image quality.
• Prepares, positions, and explains exams to patients.
• Performs venous access for IV contrast as needed.
• Inputs data into radiology systems and processes images.
• Identifies anatomy on images and performs equipment quality control.
• Reports equipment issues and coordinates with team on supply needs.
• Provides radiological support to physicians and acts as a liaison during exams.
