Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to produce high-quality diagnostic images using MRI equipment. You will collaborate with radiologists to acquire accurate studies and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

The role requires an MRI program certificate/degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite; ARRT MR or ARMRIT eligibility within 9 months is expected along with BLS within 60 days.

The MRI Technologist is responsible for producing diagnostic images using MRI technology.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.

• Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography or MRI programs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Minimum of one year of MRI experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT, MR) or ARMRIT within 9 months of entering position

• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position

Minimum rate of $44.30 Hourly
