Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking an MRI Technologist to produce high-quality diagnostic images using MRI technology. The successful candidate will collaborate with radiology teams and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, completion of an accredited radiography or MRI program, ARRT MR or ARMRIT within 9 months, and BLS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and strong communication skills are essential.

The MRI Technologist is responsible for producing diagnostic images using MRI technology.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography or MRI programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Minimum of one year of MRI experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT, MR) or ARMRIT within 9 months of entering position
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position
