Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will position patients, select protocols, and ensure high-quality images while prioritizing patient safety.

You will maintain proficiency in all MRI procedures, follow ACR guidelines for quality control, and provide clear patient education and compassionate care in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required
• 6 months as an MRI Technologist Preferred
• (R) ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R) Required
• BLS - Basic Life Support Required

• Demonstrates competence and proficiency in performing all MRI procedures on patients of all age groups.
• Positions patient, selects the correct protocol, and utilizes all required equipment.
• Maintains competencies in all non-scanner related components.
• Accurately follows all established imaging protocols for exam being performed.
• Performs quality control procedures in accordance with the ACR guidelines.
• Provides quality age specific care in accordance with prescribed standards and practices.
• Provides patient education and communications in accordance with prescribed standards.
