Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking an MRI Technologist for a part-time role in Delray Beach, FL. The position involves operating MRI scanners, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality imaging services. The candidate will work Tue-Fri 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with a focus on accuracy and patient-centered care.

The role requires AMA-approved radiography education, ARRT/ARMRIT certification, state licensure if applicable, and CPR. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of radiography.
• ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have sufficient training and experience to competently perform MRI procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images with patient-centered care.
• Screen and prepare patients, explain procedures and position for scanning.
• Adjust scan parameters and follow physicians' orders and safety regulations.
• Maintain patient records in RIS and keep equipment clean and disinfected.
• Support MRI department with protocol updates, inventory, and training of staff.
