Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT/ARMRIT registered and licensed radiologic technologist.
• Graduate of AMA approved radiography program.
• Ability to perform MRI procedures independently and safely.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients and verify identity before MRI exams.
• Explain procedures and position patients for optimal imaging.
• Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision.
• Adjust scan parameters and document results in RIS.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements.
• Support MRI department with protocols, inventory and training.
