RAYUS Radiology seeks an MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners, perform imaging procedures, and deliver patient-centered care. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist in good standing.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to perform MRI procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients before exam using two identifiers.
• Explain MRI procedures and position patients for scanning.
• Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision.
• Adjust MRI scan parameters and follow physician orders.
• Maintain patient records in RIS and ensure safety compliance.
• Keep work areas clean and equipment disinfected.
• Maintain MRI equipment and comply with ACR accreditation.
