• Positions patients properly and selects appropriate coils and scanning protocols.
• Maintains clean and stocked scan rooms and handles sharps disposal.
• Records data accurately in the department computer systems and communicates delays or sedation needs to staff.
• Provides instruction to staff technologists and students as needed and assists in daily workflow.
