You will work under supervision while ensuring efficient workflow and timely radiologist interpretation.

The role requires ARRT/MRI or ARMRIT certification and BLS, with no prior experience required, and includes responsibilities from exam prep to data entry and staff instruction.

Qualifications

• Education - Certification Program. Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience - No experience required.
• Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses: ARRT Radiology & MRI; ARRT MRI; ARMRIT; BLS.

Responsabilités

• Operates MRI equipment to produce high-quality images with proper patient positioning and protocol selection.
• Screen patients and staff entering zone 3/4 to ensure magnet safety and obtain medical history.
• Communicate with radiologist regarding interpretation and sedation needs; inform patients of delays.
• Prepare scan room, clean protocols, and manage supplies and linen per procedures.
• Administer contrast materials within physician-approved protocols and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform QC and department data entry; maintain required documentation and scheduling.
• Provide clinical instruction to staff technologists and students; help coordinate daily workflow.
