Job summary

Premier Radiology, part of Radiology Partners, seeks an MRI Technologist in the Greater Nashville area to uphold MRI protocols and safety standards. You will perform daily quality control, manage patient screening, and administer IV contrast when appropriate, working within a collaborative radiology team.

Ideal candidates hold an approved radiologic technology program, ARRT/ARRMRIT certification, current BLS, and demonstrate strong patient care and communication skills in a fast-paced outpatient

Qualifications

Graduate of recognized, approved radiologic technology program.
Current BLS certification required.
Ability to perform intravenous injections proficiently.
Able to work effectively with clinical staff and patients.

Responsibilities

Maintain protocols as directed by MRI Coordinator/Lead.
Perform daily QC on MRI scanners per ACR and regulatory standards.
Maintain a safe MR environment with proper screening of entrants.
Operate MRI equipment with correct patient positioning and protocol selection.
Ensure proper post-processing of MRI exams and correct anatomy identification.
