Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Council on Education-approved radiologic technology program.
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to perform intravenous injections with proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MRI protocols as directed by the MRI Coordinator/Lead.
• Perform daily scanner QC and ensure safety in the MRI suite.
• Screen patients and maintain a safe MR environment.
• Perform IV injections when contrast is needed.
• Demonstrate competency in all MRI examinations and post-processing.
