Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Syracuse, NY is seeking a patient-focused MRI Technologist to join a busy outpatient Imaging Department. You will perform MRI procedures, help manage patient flow, and produce diagnostic-quality images in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety and comfort for every patient.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related imaging program, current ARRT certification, MRI certification or eligibility, active licensure

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related imaging program.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• MRI certification required or eligibility to obtain, based on role requirements.
• Active licensure as required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for MRI exams while ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout the procedure.
• Review and verify imaging requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Produce diagnostic-quality images while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs.
