Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN, seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures per department policies, ensure high-quality patient care, and participate in on-call rotations. Collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver accurate imaging.

Must hold ARRT licensure in Radiologic Technology, MRI safety knowledge, and be proficient with RIS and PACS. You will document exams, manage contrast administration, and support patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• LICENSE: ARRT licensure in Radiologic Technology.
• MRI safety knowledge and contrast administration experience.
• Ability to work with neonatal to geriatric patients and in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to department protocols and protocols; ensure accurate patient data and image quality.
• Prepare and administer intravenous contrast media according to protocols.
• Process, archive, and verify images in RIS/PACS to support interpretation by radiologists.
• Assist in patient positioning, safety checks, and on-call coverage as needed.
