Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program; MRI ARRT registry eligible or ARMRIT program.
• MRI registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Examines requests and verifies orders with Radiologist before performing exam.
• Identify patients and prepare them for MRI procedures with explanations.
• Administer IV contrast as required and document administration.
