Responsibilities

• Verify orders and refer discrepancies to Radiologist before the exam.
• Identify patients with two identifiers and prepare them for procedures.
• Review medical history from EMR and document pertinent history.
• Assist during MRI procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Monitor patient safety and radiation procedures for staff and patients.
• Operate radiology information systems to enter orders and document contrast administration.
