AdventHealth is seeking an MRI Technologist to support high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will prepare rooms, position patients, and perform MRI exams while educating patients on safety and procedures.

Responsibilities include administering contrast when needed, monitoring for adverse reactions, and documenting results in EMR/PACS. Applicants should have MRI knowledge, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• English reading/writing and speaking required.
• Knowledge of MRI procedures and scanners.
• Experience in radiology preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, ensure equipment safety and readiness.
• Educate patients on MRI procedures, contrast use and safety.
• Position patients and manage IV contrast; monitor for reactions.
• Perform MRI scans per physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Document in EMR and PACS; follow QC and safety protocols.
