Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a MRI technologist for weekend nights to perform high-quality MRI exams across age groups. You will operate MRI equipment, ensure safety, educate patients, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver timely diagnostic images.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT (R) and ARMRIT registrations, and a current BLS certification. Relocation and sign-on incentives may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• 0–2 years of modality-specific work experience, with 1 year of X-Ray experience preferred.
• ARRT (R) registration is required.
• ARMRIT registration must be obtained within 1 year if not already registered.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations on patients across all age groups, including neonates and geriatrics.
• Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients regarding MRI procedures to promote comfort.
• Adhere to safety standards and MRI-specific protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and nurses to provide patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
