Job summary

The position is part-time (FTE 0.7) with night shift hours and expects adherence to MRI safety standards and ongoing competency with MRI workflows and contrast administration.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology or MRI program.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required upon hire.
• Venipuncture certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine MRI exams, ensuring accurate positioning and protocol compliance.
• Provide patient care consistent with MRI safety and comfort standards.
• Screen patients and staff for MRI safety in accordance with departmental policy.
• Enforces Zone safety compliance.
• Develop proficiency with MRI workflow, scanner operation, and contrast administration.
• Demonstrate and maintain competency in all assigned equipment and procedures at this level.
